We are also a short stroll to the Cathedral, Royal Albert Memorial Museum, the Quayside, shopping, restaurants, and the University of Exeter, Streatham campus.

Our nine stylishly decorated rooms feature Hypnos mattresses (kings, doubles, singles, a twin and a twin/triple) and bijou en-suites / showers only, except Room 7, which has a private separate bathroom with a bath tub only. All rooms have the the following facilities:

Comfy Finer than Down duvets with a pillow selection and premier bed linen, lush Cole & Lewis toiletries, large premier bath sheets, Miles Somerset teas and Taylors coffee, free Wi-Fi, a desk and USB charger points for phones / tablets, flat-screen multi-channel TV's, and blackout curtains.

Built circa 1875, the guesthouse neighbours St David's Church and has been updated to bring this Gothic Victorian, Grade II Listed property, up to date with a mix of period and contemporary features.

As Townhouse is a Grade II listed building, there is no elevator in the building to take you to the upper floors.

The Townhouse is unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age.  We are also unable to accommodate hen and stag parties or pets (other than assistance dogs).  Please see "Additional Information" on our "Rooms and Breakfast" page for full information.
