We offer up to three different rate types when booking:
– Best Value Rate – with free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival date, a great stay at the best value.
– Best Flexible Rate – with free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival date, the most flexibility for last minute changes.
– Non-refundable Rate (e.g. Advance, Event or Saver rates) – full payment taken at time of booking. No refunds, changes or transfers allowed. Cannot be used with any other discount.
Both rates are offered on a ‘room only’ or ‘bed & breakfast’ basis as follows:
– Room Only (Duvet Only) offer – does not include breakfast, same rate for up to 2 persons (room dependent).
– Bed & Breakfast (Duvet & Dishes) offer – includes in-room breakfast, rate shown is for 1 person only. Additional charge for 2 or more guests.
– Need a Triple room for up to 3 guests? Two rooms available that cannot be booked online. Please contact us direct.
– ‘Whole House’ or Group bookings (4 rooms or more) are available – please contact us for rates and details.
– We do not have on-site parking. Please see our Contact Us page for area parking options.
Payment: We take full payment from the card on file up to 3 days prior to arrival date . Please ensure you use a card when booking, which is valid throughout your stay. We may cancel your booking if we cannot take payment.

‘BED & BREAKFAST’ (Duvet & Dishes) rates shown are for 1 person only*.
*To add an additional guest(s) to B&B booking – Select the room / B&B rate of your choice below. On the next booking page, please enter the total number of guests staying. Room rate will adjust for the additional guest(s).
