Room bookings are offered on the following basis:
– Room Only – does not include breakfast. (Breakfast can be added separately during your stay.)
– Bed & Breakfast – includes our in-room breakfast.

We may offer up to three rate types when booking (subject to change):
– Best Value – you can cancel for free up to 3 days before arrival date. Best rate with free cancellation.
– Best Flexible – you can cancel for free up to 1 day before arrival date. Ideal for last minute changes.
– Non-refundable (e.g. Advance, Event or Saver rates) – full payment taken at time of booking. No refunds, changes or transfers allowed. Cannot be used with any other discount.

Speak with us direct by email or telephone to book the following (cannot be booked online or 3rd parties) – 
– Triple room for up to 3 guests.
– ‘Whole House’ or Group bookings for 4 or more rooms.

Payment: for ‘best value’ or ‘best flexible’ bookings – Full payment taken up to 3 days prior to arrival date from the card on file. For ‘non-refundable’ bookings – Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

Please ensure the card you book with is valid throughout your stay. We may cancel your booking if we cannot take payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
