directions.

We are a 10-minute walk from the High Street, Exeter St Davids Train Station, Exeter Central Train Station, and the Bus Station. We are steps away from the University, the Cathedral, the many shops and restaurants of the High Street, Queen Street, and the unique Gandy Street.

From Exeter St Davids Train Station – 450 metres walk:
Please do not follow smart maps which take you up Peeps Lane, further along Bonhay Road. Following directions below.
Opposite the station entrance and car park, you will see a Premier Inn. Walk towards it along the pavement and cross Bonhay Rd at the pedestrian crossing, and then towards the footpath on the left with an archway / sign reading: To City Centre. Follow the footpath up hill and at the top, turn right and continue along the road. At the mini roundabout, stay to the right and use the crossing to cross the road. Once on the other side, turn right and continue 125 metres. You will see Townhouse Exeter on your left, just past the Church Path.

Alternatively Bus ‘H’ and ’54’ from St Davids Station stops at ‘College’ stop, adjacent St Davids Church.

From Exeter Central Train Station – 500 metres walk:
Exit the station and turn right (Queen St).  Follow the pavement all the way to the Clock Tower roundabout.  Just before the roundabout,  cross over the zebra crossing and go straight down Richmond Road in front of you (there is a fish & chip shop on the corner and then a hairdresser to the left).  Go to the end of Richmond Road and turn right at the laundrette – this is St Davids Hill.  Walk 125 metres and you will see Townhouse Exeter on your right, next to the Church Path.

From Exeter Bus Station – 1.3 km walk:
Go onto Paris Street and turn right.  Look for Next or John Lewis.  At Next, turn left and walk down the High Street to Queen Street. Turn right onto Queen Street and walk along until you come to Exeter Central Station on your right. From here, follow the instructions above from Exeter Central Station.
